I am truly, extremely grateful for Ella! What a perfect find. Not only did I get to relax knowing my two attention-loving kitties were well-looked after during my holidays, I knew they were being loved! Ella cares deeply for animals and it shows. Usually my cats get a bit agitated when we leave, but I came home to two happy fur balls. She also went above and beyond by sending me photos and videos of Clifford and Willow, watering my plants (my plants were happy and healthy when I came home too :), and a suer clean laundry room - around the litter-boxes. Ella is highly responsive, warm, and so trustworthy! High, high recommendation!!! Will, of course, be booking her again in the future.

Ella has been wonderful in taking care of my dog Timmy! Sometimes I think he’s more excited to see her than me! Timmy has a habit of getting messy on walks but Ella has been so kind in making sure he’s cleaned up and doesn’t fill our furniture with muddy paw prints. Timmy and I can’t thank Ella enough!
