Ella kindly took the time to meet with us the night before our dog’s stay. We were able to run through our travel plans and Hamish’s needs. However, we didn’t hear much from her during his stay. Over the weekend she sent a photo with no actual information. My husband picked Hamish up about half an hour earlier than we’d expected, so Ella wasn’t there, and as I understand it, she’d been out most of the afternoon. This was disappointing, because when he collected him- her housemate wasn’t able to give us much information on when he’d last been walked etc. He seemed like he’d been well looked after, but we don’t know much more than that.

Ella was so wonderful with my two dogs (who returned from happy from their day of sunbathing and snoozing!). They have some quirks but clearly loved Ella instantly, and Ella was very patient and understanding with them. Thank you Ella!
