Your pet is my pet!

Pet care experience

I'm a life long animal enthusiast and in addition to my own beloved animals, I've been caring for animals for family and friends as long as I can remember. I've recently moved on from my career handling animals of all temperaments and am comfortable with a variety of animal species, breeds, and personalities. I am comfortable giving most medications or tending to wounds, etc.

Liz was fantastic! She gave regular updates with photos and the pups really took to her. It was nice to know my older dog was in such good care! Will definitely be reaching out for future pup sitting!

Liz was wonderful to work with! She sent consistent updates with pictures and videos which made me feel so confident our pup was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dog sitter!

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet(s) would be my pet(s), as I am currently in between pets at the moment. Your pet(s) would have free run of my home and are welcome to hang out freely in all living areas. Crates are also welcome, but not required. I have a small fenced bathroom break area and many other unfenced acres for pets to free roam depending on your comfort level. I will only board pets from one household at a time for their own health, safety, and comfort.

A typical day

Your pet(s) would hang out with my family in the house, join us on walks around my property, play with toys, or visit the horses and do barn chores with me. Maybe we would go for a ride in the car. They would get plenty of affection and their favorite things, or if they are a bump on the log, they could stay on their bed all day and I'd leave them to themselves! I prefer pets to use their own beds for lounging but it will not bother me if pets get onto furniture.

Availability

I am currently a stay at home mom and my schedule is fairly flexible for drop in visits. Bathroom breaks and outdoor play would be available as often as your pet needs it. If you need house sitting, I would love to discuss your needs. During certain weeks or times of the year, house sitting may need to be a sort of hybrid of drop ins and overnights as my schedule permits.
