Information Elizabeth D. would like to know about your pet

I always want to know what a dog's preferences are: do they like to visit and play with other dogs? Do they prefer to avoid other dogs? Are they shy or anxious? Is your dog a special needs dog due to age, medical history, or skittishness? I am especially fond of large breed dogs, such as Dobermans,Rottweilers, bully breeds, and Great Danes.

A typical day

Time I'll spend with your dog (or cat) 30 - 45 minutes. We'll play or cuddle as the dog wishes, in addition to their walk! If they need a snack, a meal, or meds, I can take care of that as well.

Pet care experience

While I do not currently share my life with a dog of my own (it's a matter of being unable to adopt every dog I lay my eyes on!), I dearly love helping pet parents keep their dogs happy and healthy and preferably in their own homes while their owners are away. I love to travel, and love to spend time with as many dogs as I can possibly fit into my day. You can often find me chatting with others about their animals, and I am always interested in hearing about every little detail. I enjoy helping people get a greater understanding regarding the welfare of their animals, and sometimes bore my friends with random and obscure dog breeds, and what I know of their temperament and behavior. I'm proud to say I try to research as many breeds as I can so that I know what to expect, and hey, it's always fun to just know why and how a breed came into existence! I happen to also be studying veterinary technology, for the knowledge of nutrition and behavior, since surgery is more information than I want. :D I am also very happy to drop by or stay with your cats, and am quite used to the varying personalities of these small creatures: the ones who like to play hide and seek, the aloof, the playful, and the grumpy. I don't mind at all, as long as the cat is comfortable, eating, and using their litter box, all is well!

Elizabeth was amazing with my cat. This was my first time using a sitter I didnt know personally and she eased all of my fears. Multiple updates with pictures. Not to mention being great to work with- with a calming personality. Would definitely book her again.

Elizabeth is always so great with my dog! I really appreciate the consistent pictures and updates while I’m gone, it really puts my mind at ease. This is my second time having her house sit and both times have been amazing!

Levi was so great with my pets! She sent regular photos and updates and left my place better than when she arrived. She was so kind and understanding and also flexible. My kiddos were definitely in great hands while I was out of town. I definitely will be asking her back and would recommend her to anyone else looking for an overnight pet sitter.
