Trained therapist loves pets!

Pet care experience

I carry poop bags & treats on me at all times. I have common vet meds memorized. I own plastic syringes. I have carriers in my car. I’m on a group text list for emergency wildlife rescue. I spend my off hours volunteering at a shelter for cats that also spays/neuters dogs. lol, hi, I’m Eli. I will care for your pet with so much patience, empathy, care, space (if needed), cuddles (if they are asking for it), or whatever is appropriate. Animals can do no wrong out of evil or malice in MOH eyes, they just need guidance and love and help! My biggest flaw as a sitter is that I tend to over communicate as a baseline — usually out of confirming their health / safety first — but I can discern what is an emergency and send summarized updates (i.e. by night or by weekend if housesitting longterm, for example.) So feel FREE to set a boundary; you can’t hurt my feelings. Just let me know how to reach you (message or call) & for what.

Elizabeth was fantastic with our dogs! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. We returned from our trip and found our animals were happy and well cared for. Elizabeth went above and beyond and made sure our dogs had comfort during fireworks which typically cause them to have high anxiety. I’ll definitely book with them again!

Liz did a great job with our dog! Our dog was happy and she was great with sending photos and videos while we were gone. I will definitely use her again when I have to leave my pup at home! Things were neat and clean when we returned.

I can think of no one better-suited to caring for pets than Elizabeth. We have been friends our whole lives, and in that time, she has always been the loving parent to at least one cat and dog. She is kind, patient, and fun; just the kind of sitter anyone would hope for! I would highly recommend her to others.

Information Elizabeth B. would like to know about your pet

No preferences. What’s their personality? Energy level? What kind of treats can they have? Do they have allergies, special needs, favorite toys, other things I should know? How to reach you / your vet in case of emergency?

A typical day

I would love to play with your dog, calm your cat, give lots of pets, brushing, or just give them space depending on their mood! :) We can go for rides to parks if they like, get a pup cup, or take it easy at home depending on their personality/age/health!
