Pet care experience
I have always had a love of animals, taking care of neighbors dogs and rescuing birds. I look forward to helping more whenever I can! I have a 18 year old black and white cat that currently rules the house and can not wait to add more furry friends to our family once my husband and I purchase a home.

Elissa took great care of our kitty when we were out of town for a long weekend. She was communicative throughout and we were glad she was able to house sit our cat!

My husband and I are both animal lovers, both having grown up with pets in our homes. Sadly, our complex does not allow us to board animals or provide doggy day care, but I am very comfortable assisting in your home as needed.

Please let me know of any specific needs or rules your animal may have. Whether that’s not being allowed on certain furniture, needing extra care due to joint problems, or need pills certain times a day. I want to be sure that they stay healthy and that neither of us break any house rules!
A typical day
I am more than happy to take your pup for a walk with each visit, I love being outside and exploring new neighborhoods and I don’t want your pup to ever be bored during a visit. If a walk isn’t for them, then we’ll play fetch or chase or just snuggle if that’s what they prefer!

I have decided to make this my full time job. Corporate jobs provide no real excitement for me, animals have been and always will be my passion. They say do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life, and so far, that has proven to be true!
