I’ve taken care of others pets or my own most of my life. I have had my current dog for seven years. He just turned 12 so I also have experience with geriatric animals as well

Elijah is extremely caring and fully commits to everything he does. He has watched my cats multiple times, and I always know they are in safe and loving hands when he is taking care of them. Even my cat who hides when other people come over is absolutely obsessed with him and follows him around constantly! For my formerly feral cats to put so much trust into someone who isn't me is a huge deal, and I know it's because he fosters a safe and loving environment.
