Elena was amazing with our puppy, Tūī! She was calm, caring, and kept us updated with sweet photos. When we came home Tūī was very happy and relaxed, we’d definitely book with Elena again!
Elena was fantastic. We were very anxious leaving our 18 year old cat and our 8 month old kitten for the first time in our home environment. Our old lady needed to be feed several times a day in small portions due to her sensitive tummy annd her fussy eating habits; and our lil man has never been left alone for so long. Elena understood the intricacies of looking after an elderly and followed the strict food regime for her. She ensured the two cats were kept separately as they don’t get on. She followed the cleaning procedure for the litter and always sent photos of what she had done. She sent messages when she got there and left. We were constantly kept updated with so many videos and photos of them eating or playing; and from the purring we could see how much they enjoyed seeing her and being with her. I could relax on my holiday knowing both cats were well looked after. We will definitely ask Elena to look after our cats again. Thank you Elena.
We have had the pleasure of having Elana look after Elvis in May for 5 nights, and recently for 1week…. She is absolutely amazing…. We was able to fully relax knowing that she was with Elvis the whole time and In his own home. We had photos and videos sent daily of all the walks, baths, cuddles, feeding times, and this was fantastic so we could see how much Elvis was enjoying himself! Elana is exceptionally respectful of our home and left it immaculate for when we came home which was a gift in itself! I couldn’t speak any higher of this fabulous lady! Thank you so much! We all love you loads!
Elena is brilliant with our dog Yuki, very caring and kept us updated with lots of photos and videos which put our mind at ease whilst we were away. She also left the house spotlessly clean. Thank you Elana, we really appreciate you!
