Hello, I'm El - a cat sitter with Diploma in Feline Behaviour and Psychology (Distinction) and Feline First Aid. Most of my 'training' comes from my cats Tiger (15 years) and Lynx (4 years) who think they own me! I have also volunteered for six months at the Animal Rescue Charity in Bishop's Stortford. I've had cats for over 30 years - house cats, barn/stable cats, and also taken care of feral/community and stray cats (which have usually ended up moving in!) ranging in age from 1 - 19 years old. I am experienced in most cat medications and administering them. I have also taken care of cats with behavioural and toileting issues, and those with long term medical conditions including arthritis, hearing and visual impairments and cancers. My Diploma, Feline First Aid training and experience had made me a very confident cat sitter. You can feel reassured that your cat will receive care tailored to their needs, and that I can also calmy provide first aid treatment in the unlikely event of an emergency. Elena was such a brilliant find. Crocus is a shy elderly cat who doesn’t take to strangers and hides away, but Elena’s gentle and relaxed manner, along with her knowledge and experience with cats made her the perfect fit to look after her. I had complete confidence that Crocus was being cared for properly while I was away. Elena went the extra mile seeking her out and building a relationship with her and I will definitely be using Elena again in the future.
Elena has gone above and beyond. She looked after our cats and was fully committed She even left toys and gifts for the cats. She looked after our home like it was hers and was very communicative and kept us in the loop every day. Wouldn't recommend her enough and will definitely be using her services again in the future
Elena took great care of our cat (and home) and regularly sent through photos to reassure us that he was happy and well fed We would not hesitate to use Elena again

Elena was amazing. She kept me updated throughout my holiday and sent me little videos. You can tell she cares, it’s not just a drop in and felt completely safe both with my home and my pet. If there was 6 stars then I would have chose that. Thanks again Elana
