Dianne was easy to work with and communicate with. She was punctual when meeting for pick up and drop off. I also appreciated her flexibility with our last minute booking and pick up time changes due to some unexpected circumstances. She sent picture updates and videos and assured us that our buddy was comfortable and safe. Thank you Dianne! Ednilyn is a fantastic sitter. She and her family are so sweet to my elderly pug. She is prompt in responding to messages, professional, and she sends lots of photos throughout the day.
