Pet care experience
I have house sitted and dog walked for 20+ years. I currently fit it around my main job (I teach at a London uni). I have experience working with older dogs and with dogs that have behavioural and medical issues. I'm fully insured with accidental injury and public liability cover. He was really good, it was a last minute booking as well. I would 100% use him again. He gave a detailed description on how the walk was etc. the dogs are knackered now 🥰😂x
James was responsive to messages and was able to accommodate us at short notice. He completed a meet and greet ahead of our visit times for our 9 week old puppy, and I felt instantly assured. He sent us pictures from the visits, and everything went smoothly. It really took the stress out of us leaving Darla for the first time. We have since rebooked James for ongoing visits. Thanks again :-)
James was excellent. Great communication before and whilst we were away and we were confident that our dog was well looked after.
This is my first time of using Rover and James but James was very flexible in supporting my needs to walk my dog reactive dog. James’ communication both before and during the time he was walking my dog was excellent. He took the time to come and meet my dog, understand his needs and how to manage him. I would definitely recommend.

I am confident dealing with larger dogs and dogs with behavioural issues. I'm also confident dealing with rescue or rehomed dogs that require close lead control or muzzling. When looking after pets in their owners home, I endeavour to follow the same routines that pets are used to, in order to minimise disruption.

I usually work from home and have flexible hours. This makes it easy to fit pet care around my routine. I try keep my calendar updated a month in advance, as I sometimes travel for work/research.
