Dounya is a wonderful caregiver, she not only owns pets of her own, but is very sincere to all other animals around her. I have a Doberman who is often times weary of people, but my dog has grown close to her and trusts Dounya. I know I can rely on her to watch and walk my dog at any time because she understands how important care for an animal is, not only to the owner but the pet itself as well! She also is a student at Moorpark college part of the animal program. Dounya has worked with the animals in the zoo and is well educated on how to care for them as well. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet. I also have a smaller french bulldog who hates everyone, but not her. I always trust how my dogs judge other peoples energy based of instinct or sense, and the fact that both my dogs who aren’t fond of strangers or even other people I know personally were okay towards Dounya tells me a lot too. She’s early or on time, she will literally go the extra mile for your pet, and is always willing to negotiate and talk with the owner to make sure all communication is open! I know I can trust her with my pups.
