I've grown up with dogs all my life. My Eagle Scout project was to help create storage and kits for a dog rescue agency and since then I've helped foster 5 dogs and doggysat for numerous friends and family. I give dogs my time and attention and try to pay attention to their preferences and habits.

Douglas is everything one would look for in a responsible and caring pet caretaker/caregiver. He is the quintessential dog whisperer and my loveable mutt (who can be particular about who she is friendly with) opened up to him immediately. He is meticulous with following details given to him about our dog's care and genuinely enjoyed playing with my fur baby. I'd highly recommend him if you are looking for a personable, professional, and highly motivated pet babysitter!
I highly recommend Douglas for pet care services. When my family was out of town, he watched our puppy Riley for a number of days and took exceptional care of her. Douglas is attentive, caring, patient, and genuinely loves animals. Throughout Riley's stay, he was responsible, trustworthy, and made sure all of her needs were met. This was evident in the pictures shared with us - Riley was receiving top-tier care. I couldn't ask for more regarding the attention, affection, and exercise she received. When we picked up our puppy, she was happy, healthy, and actively engaged with Douglas. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands. Douglas is a dependable young man who takes his responsibilities seriously, and I would recommend his pet care services without reservation. He is truly a natural.
Douglas loves dogs and everything about them, he is always getting down on their level to play and remembers everything they need in their routines. He has fostered and cared for many different types of dogs from young puppies to senior dogs, always making sure they feel special, safe, and cared for.
Douglas is a kind, compassionate champion for animals. He often attends rescue events and has been diligent in his care of his own animals, family animals, and foster animals in his house. Douglas is tuned-into the needs of each pup and recognizes what is special or unique about each animal. Little touches like tucking them into blankets, bringing over their favorite toy, and talking to them so soothingly make him a great choice for anyone's pup to be in his care. I highly recommend him!

Schedule
I am a college student so I have flexibility to care for animals during summer and winter breaks. I love being able to chill on the couch next to dogs so they feel cared for and loved.

I have a fenced yard and two very sweet dogs who have been mentors to our foster dogs. We have toybaskets everywhere and a regular routine for feeding and care.

Lick mats, outside time, playing fetch, obstacle courses, and just laying in the sun or going for a walk. I try to tailor my approach to your dog's habits.
