Dorothy was great! Quick response to a last minute request and followed instructions for my anxious doggo. Transparent, good communication, and sent pictures and updates periodically as well. Would recommend her to anyone and would definitely book with her again.

Dorothy was wonderful. My dog is my baby, and I can get a little neurotic when it comes to him. I'd never left him with a stranger before, and he has disc issues in his neck that make exercise restrictions crucial for him to stay stable. I ran through a gambit of what ifs and typed up short and long versions of instructions, typed up something for the vet in the case that something emergent happen (which nothing did), and made her figure out where the nearest emergency vet was located. Dorothy was extremely accommodating and patient and never showed it if she thought I was as neurotic as I felt :P She was able to adhere to the exercise restrictions and kept our dogs separate to prevent mine from getting too excited. She also was kind enough to sleep on her couch since my dog isn't allowed to do stairs and has some issues with separation anxiety. She was also accommodating with drop off and pick up. She had to be at work during the time that I needed to drop off, but her mom was able to be there. I'd already gone over instructions with Dorothy, so I had no fears that something might get lost in translation. When I picked up my pup he was happy and stable, which in turn made me happy:)
