Hello, my name is Donna and I would love to meet you and care for your pet. While I have had many dogs and cats throughout my life, I spent part of that time raising guide dog puppies. Those years have taught me so much about dog behavior and dog handling skills. I am skilled in leash and collar handling techniques and utilize positive reinforcement; verbal, physical praise and food reward. I truly love caring for and handling dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages. While I do provide in my home boarding services for dogs, I prefer to get to know your dog first to see if they are a good fit for my household. I live with my husband, 2 dogs (a bernedoodle and a Labrador), and 2 cats in a home with a fully fenced yard. I also provide daily walks and drop in services for your dog or cat. I am available most days of the week. I work part time with flexible hours, so I have time to walk and or visit your pet!

My yard is not big but is fully fenced with artificial turf that provides year round exercise without the mud. I also have a shaded area and wading pools for summer play time.

I love to take dogs for walks in city parks or hiking trails. Living in Salem, I like to walk in Bush Park, Minto Brown or Riverfront Park or just the nearby neighborhood. Where ever your dog is comfortable to go, so am I.
