🐾 Safety, Trust & a Home-Like Environment 🐾 Dog Boarding in Our Home We provide a comfortable, home-based boarding experience tailored to your dog’s individual needs. With over 24 years of veterinary experience and nearly 24/7 supervision, your dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priority. All drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled in advance to ensure a smooth, low-stress transition for every pup and their family. If you need to adjust your schedule, please reach out as soon as possible—I will always do my best to accommodate both your needs and those of other clients. Doggie Daycare Our daycare service offers safe, structured, and supervised daytime care in a home environment. By Appointment Only Drop-off & Pick-up Windows: • Mon – Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM If these times don’t work, I’m happy to be flexible whenever possible. Please note: Ongoing or recurring daycare is not offered at this time. Bath Add-On Send your pup home fresh, clean, and relaxed! A bath can be added before pick-up and includes: Warm water rinse Gentle scrub with an all-natural, hypoallergenic shampoo (made with organic olive, coconut, and jojoba oils) Soft towel dry Please note: Grooming services such as haircuts are not offered. Nail dremeling is available for dogs who are comfortable with it. What a Typical Day Looks Like Your dog will enjoy a balanced, enriching day that includes: Snuggles and one-on-one attention Supervised playtime with other dogs Outdoor time in a spacious, fully fenced 6-foot backyard Walks and regular potty breaks Rest time in a calm, comfortable setting Our Home Features: A large, dog-friendly living space A newly renovated pup playroom/guest suite for rest or quiet time Two friendly resident dogs who enjoy meeting new friends Dogs are welcome on furniture if that’s part of their routine at home. Large kennels are also available for pups who prefer a secure sleeping space. Whether your dog sleeps in their own bed, a kennel, or curled up on the couch, we follow their normal routine so they feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home. 🐶 Your dog will be cared for like family—with the experience and attention you can trust.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for every guest, please inform us of any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral tendencies your dog may have. This includes separation anxiety, reactivity, food aggression, timid behavior, or anything else that will help us provide the best possible care. We kindly ask for detailed information about your dog, including age, weight, breed, diet, play style, potty routine, and any medications or ongoing health needs. Current vaccination records for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella are required at drop-off. Please provide enough food, medications, and treats to last the duration of your dog’s stay. You are welcome to bring personal items such as a collar or harness, leash, bedding, or a favorite toy to help your pup feel at home. If preferred, we also provide sanitized blankets, beds, bowls, and toys. All supplies and accommodations are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily to maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for every dog in our care.
A typical day
Your pup will receive plenty of love, attention, and personalized one-on-one care throughout their stay. Each day includes frequent outdoor potty breaks, supervised playtime, and plenty of interaction to keep them happy and comfortable. For safety, all guest dogs are always accompanied while outside. My two resident dogs enjoy running, walking, and jogging, allowing me to match your dog’s preferred activity level and energy needs—whether they’re active and playful or more relaxed. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates during your pet’s stay—typically several each day—so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. Additional updates are always available upon request. For added peace of mind, our home is equipped with a comprehensive security system, including both indoor and outdoor cameras, ensuring your pet is always safe, secure, and well monitored.

I was born and raised in Waxhaw, NC, and I’ve spent over 24 years working as a Veterinary Nurse. Today, I’m a full-time stay-at-home dog mom, pet sitter, and puppy rescuer—caring for animals has truly been my lifelong passion. With my veterinary background, I’m highly experienced in medication administration, senior pet care, and supporting pets with special or medical needs. I’ve also been a Fear Free Certified Professional since 2018, and we are fully insured members of Pet Sitters Associates, so you can feel confident your pet is in knowledgeable, capable hands. My husband, Adam, and I have been married since 2013, and we share our home with our two friendly pups, Tucker and Harper. We live in a cozy ranch-style home in a quiet neighborhood with access to great walking trails—perfect for safe, enjoyable daily exercise. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your dog in someone else’s care. That’s why at Four Paws Inn, your pet isn’t just another booking—they’re treated like family. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, low-stress environment where your dog feels comfortable, secure, and right at home. 🐶 You can relax knowing your pet is safe, loved, and receiving experienced, attentive care every step of the way.
