I’m giving a one-star rating because there isn’t a lower rating that I could give. Dianna was terribly irresponsible with the times that she came home to care of Tazo, didn’t give him his medicines, and even bought an unknown person into our home without our permission. She breached my trust and confidence, and I feel very disappointed with this experience. She consistently lied about the times she came and left home. I understand that life happens and people are late sometimes, but lying about not being late is unacceptable. Moreover, she trespassed my property by bringing another person into our home without our consent. She also lied about this when I asked if there’s another person home. Lastly, she left without giving Tazo all of his medicines, which is unacceptable given that he’s sick. She also left him alone locked in his crate at 7pm, which is 2 hours before his bedtime. She lied about this as well. I and my wife immediately left from our vacation and drove straight home when she left early. We found him crying and extremely scared by the time I reached home to get him. Spoiled my entire weekend, and was an incredibly stressful and terrible experience.

Dianna is super nice and reliable. Will continue to work with her!
