DO NOT BOOK HER!! Diana will promise a service that she will not fulfil. She agreed to do a service, of house-sitting. I've communicated step- by-step on how and what times I needed my dog to be walked and fed which she agreed to do. She was supposed to arrive at 9am, and I had to call her several times till about 10:30am then she sent a text stating she is at work. She never once communicated she had work or else I would've tried to find someone else. She never returned any of my phone calls and proceeds to tell me "If I'm unhappy, I can be refunded". I really needed the service being that I was going out of town for a few days. My pup was left in the house alone for a while until I had to rush back home because she never came. Please don't agree to help if you can't, especially is someone is paying for the service. Would not recommend!

Hate to bash someone's side hustle. This was the second time I used Diana, the first time was shady but I didn't say much. Second time she DID NOT show up 2 out of the 5 visits I PAID FOR. Worse part is she LIED about it. She didn't realize I had a camera. Totally told me it glitched, when I expressed my concern being out of town and not being able to walk my guy myself. Since he was actively crying which he never does unless something is wrong. Then she came. Thinking the rest of the visits would go well....nope. She missed one again! Please don't agree to help if you can not or at least be upfront about times/days unavailable. I could have left him helpless for free.

Diana’s love for pets is apparent from moment 1. She did great with Kieri and I would use her again

We felt our contract was not followed and did try to contact Diana through Rover to get her input and after 5 days of no response feel we should give this review. We will not be using her again based on our experience.
