I am a reliable, and respectful animal lover who knows what your pets mean to you. I'm happy to provide frequent status updates with photos of your four-legged family! I have been a pet owner all my life and owned multiple different breeds of both dogs and cats. I appreciate the trust that it requires to let someone else care for them. I focus on keeping pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routines as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I follow all feeding schedules, litter box cleaning (for cats), frequent walks (for dogs), and care instructions carefully, while also spending quality time with each pet based on their personality—whether that’s play, attention, or giving them space. I make sure the environment stays clean, safe, and low-stress. I also prioritize clear communication, providing updates and photos so owners know their pets are doing well. My goal is to make the experience as smooth and reassuring as possible for both the pet and the owner.

As many pet parents know, leaving your furry friend at home when life calls you away is always difficult. They're not just pets, they're family. Its wonderful knowing there are great people out there who will show all the love and care in the world while tending to your best friends. Derrik did a stand up job with my Jack Russell Terrier - who is no joke - lots of walks and play time needed to keep him happy, and Derrik delivered! Prompt, polite, and respectful of my home. 10/10 doesn't say enough. Would recommend to anyone and will use again!
We had a fantastic experience with Derrik watching our Jack Russell over the weekend. He stayed in our home and took such great care of everything—it gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Programa
I currently work part time - and fully remotely - so I never need to leave you dog or cat alone (except maybe the occasional short errand)! I will be with them, providing care, attention, and play without pause.
