I have a lifetime of experience caring for animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. As a proud pet parent to both a high-energy dog and a sweet cat, I understand firsthand how deeply our animals are intertwined with our lives and how much trust it takes to leave them in someone else's hands. Regularly pet-sitting for friends and family—both in my own home and theirs—has given me extensive hands-on experience with everything from energetic, playful puppies to gentle, routine-bound seniors. I know how to read animal body language, respect their boundaries, and adapt to their unique routines.

Delaney did a stellar job watching our two Aussies! She was communicative, proactive, sent us photo updates of the pups, and left our house spotless! We’ve already booked her again for another stay! Both of our dogs can be overwhelming when meeting strangers, but Delaney remained calm and friendly during the entire meet and greet. I had no concerns from the beginning that she’d do a great job!
Excellent care and updates!! Our pup had a wonderful time while we were away!
My pup loved spending time with Delaney and I was at ease all day knowing she was stopping by to see him! She took such good care of him!!! Will rebook! Thank you, Delaney!

Because I work from home as a mental health therapist, my schedule is incredibly flexible and built around consistency and presence. I am based in the Denver area and work virtually most of the week, with the only exception being Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons when I am out of the house for a block of time. Because I am home for the vast majority of the day, your pet will rarely be left alone. My typical routine naturally blends work with dedicated active time and plenty of companionship.

I am more than happy to provide frequent updates on your pets well-being while they are in my care as well as scheduling meet & greets prior. In my home, pets are part of the family being free to lay on the couch (with clean paws!) or a dog bed. My own dog usually “co-facilitates” my WFH sessions offering a drooling face to my clients.

I am walking distance to a great park for getting energy out! I take my dog at least once per day, and walk him briefly around the neighborhood between client sessions. I’ve got plenty of fetch supplies and am always ready for an arm workout via tug of war. With cats, I love a good game of catch the prey and play fighting if that’s their jam!
