Pet care experience
My husband and I have both grown up in dog-loving families, and caring for dogs has always been a natural part of our lives. We are proud pet parents to a wonderful 4-year-old Labrador who is truly the light of our lives. Our days are filled with outdoor adventures, and our dog—and any others in our care—are always by our side, exploring new environments and enjoying plenty of exercise and enrichment. We regularly care for friends’ dogs, providing them with the same love, attention, and structure we give our own. We have experience administering medication when needed and are confident in managing dogs with different needs and temperaments. Whether it’s a countryside walk, a trip to the beach, or a quiet evening at home, we ensure every dog in our care feels safe, happy, and part of the family.

Dee has looked after Barney our Chocolate Labrador for over 5 years now. Barney often goes to Dee’s for the day when we are working long hours or are out for the day He absolutely adores Dee and always rushes in to see her when we get there. We love him going there as we know that he is safe, loved and well looked after. Dee’s own dog has a lovely gentle temperament and gets on well with all dogs and Barney loves running around the garden with him. The garden is fully enclosed so we know that he can’t squeeze out. Dee also loves walking and Barney has gone on some lovely walks in the countryside, woods and parklands near Dee’s house. We sometimes wonder if he actually wants to come home when we collect him. 😆 I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any other dog parents looking for someone to look after their dog.
Dee is an exceptional person. She’s so kind and gentle and absolutely loved dogs. She takes great care of our Louis and he just loves to see her coming. She’s very organised and respectful of dogs needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for dog sitting.

We have large garden that is fences the entire way around. There is no escaping! There is plenty of space for the dogs to run around and not feel restricted.

A typical day
We love to walk. So we’re out first thing in the morning time. Lot of opportunities to sniff! In the hot weather we get out early and then stay in the cool air until and then go on evenings walks. We have lots of toys and we just love to interact and play with our dog and his pals!

Availability
Myself and my husband work from home most days. There is always someone at home. We walk our dog 3 times a day in the Morning, late morning and afternoon. He would usually get a long walk in the later part of the evening.
