Very nice lad and family. Very easy to contact and quick answers. Once my doggo met his and they got on, Darren looked after him very well. I also had to leave my doggo with Darren for a little bit longer than expected and he got no problems at all. He also washed my dog just before collecting him so it was a very nice touch. Only negative is that I was told that I’d be updated daily with pictures and that didn’t happened. I have a very strong bond with my bond and the lack of daily updates made me worry a bit, but that may be just me ?
I'm very particular about who I leave Otis with as he's has separation anxiety and has a lot of energy! I was made to feel comfortable from the start and he was slowly introduced to the other doggos. Darren was open and honest with how Otis was that day, which I really appreciated. Otis must have had an amazing day as he slept as soon as we got home and I booked in again the same day (no doubt we will be seeing you again soon!). Can't thank you enough!

Calm Leads currently operates on a limited-availability basis, with specialist walking sessions available throughout weekends. This approach allows me to focus on delivering a highly personalised service, particularly for reactive, nervous or high-energy dogs that benefit from additional structure and attention. Future expansion plans will introduce weekday services while preserving the calm, professional and client-focused standards that define the Calm Leads experience.
