I have had pets most of my life. I have always loved animals and really enjoy working with them! I worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility and have a lot of experience with supervising multiple dogs at one time. I administered medications, measured out food for pets including those who needed set amounts during the day. I also have some dog grooming training. I am most trained in using clippers with one blade size as well as complete shave downs. (I also currently work as a bather at a local dog groomer)!

I cannot provide animal care in my current home. However, in your home, I can provide whatever needs your pet(s) may have. I can administer oral medication or certain diets as needed for your pet(s). I can definitely keep your pet(s) on a routine as well!

Darien made the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable with her before our first booking and was very sweet with our cat. I will definitely use her again!
Darien is great! My cats really like her, and she is great at communicating with questions and updates. I feel like I can travel without worrying about my cats!
Darien was fantastic with our cat! She usually won’t come out for anyone she doesn’t know, but by the second day she did and ended up greeting her! She has just the right calm energy for her and we will call her every time we need a cat sitter! She has been so helpful taking care of things, we couldn’t be more pleased.

Darien’s caring nature and attention to detail are greatly appreciated when she is caring for our nine year old labradoodle. Our dog, Charlie, gets the long walk he loves in an unhurried fashion, when Darien takes him. Charlie also appreciates it that Darien never forgets his after walk treat or to wipe his paws off when they return. Darien is always prompt and reliable, we are so fortunate to have her help.
Darien is a very kind and caring person, especially when it comes to animals. She is a fast learner and loves gaining any and all knowledge that will help her care better for all animals. She is a hard worker, especially when it comes to dogs.

Schedule
I work full time at a popular pet store here in Bellingham so I'm very limited on my drop-ins at this time. If you're okay with me dropping in whenever I'm able to during the day then it should work out perfectly!!! :)
