Pet care experience
I have had multiple dogs in my family since I was 6 months old, ranging from jack Russell’s to Irish wolfhounds. Now the proud mom of a mini Schnauzer. I also mind friends and family’s dogs when they are away. I have trained all of my dogs since puppies and have also taken care of senior dogs.

I would highly recommend Darcy. She petsat and housesat for me and was so trustworthy, kind and caring with my pets. My big boisterous dog loved her immediately and she even won over my most timid cat. She kept me regularly updated and my house was spotless when I came home! My three cats and a dog were all so well cared for, I think they're all looking forward to my next holiday! I can't recommend Darcy highly enough 💕
Darcy and her beautiful Fur-baby Sonny are a delight to be around. She is loving, caring and most importantly, looks after the well-being of any dog she is minding. She regularly minds our two Schnauzers with constant attention. I cannot recommend her more highly to offer a safe and caring environment. And Sonny? She loves everybody and every dog. She's a great socialiser and will make your Fur-baby equally welcoming. Don't hesitate!

We have a front side and back garden completely walled and fenced in which my dog Sunny loves to play in every day. We are also walking distance to Cobh town and I have my own car if we want to go further out. We have 3 bedrooms in our house so if the dog needs their own space that can easily be facilitated and Phone Watch security system goes on every night to protect windows and doors. Also have front and back ring cameras to see anyone coming

Let me know everything about your pet, any quirks/their daily routine/food preferences etc. the more I know the better I can tend to your pets! My own dog Sunny is very particular about her routine and food (typical schnauzer!) so anything you feel like I should know I’m happy to take note of. No detail is too small!
A typical day
I love playing with dogs and cats and hanging out with them. I often sound like a crazy lady as I spend most of my days talking to my animals like they can talk back! I am used to playing games with them, giving them toys or activities, walks and thousands of cuddles!

I am at home all of the time as my husband is away in the Navy. I am available 24/7 for pet sitting needs as it is just me and my dog
