Pet care experience
My journey with animals started early. I got my very own puppy when I was 12 years old and took her through all the training classes, determined to be the best little dog owner I could be. Since then, my love and care for animals has only grown stronger. In my adult life, I've raised two amazing pups. My sweet boy Ozzie, a shih tzu/bichon frisé mix, crossed the rainbow bridge in late 2024 after a brave battle with cancer. Now I share life with my little guy Tobie — a toy poodle/mini schnauzer mix who's been with me since he was just 20 weeks old. He's now 7, full of personality, and spoiled with love (as it should be!).

I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets — someone who will care for them like you do. When your pets are with me, they’re treated like family, because that’s exactly what they are. While I currently don’t offer pet sitting in my home until I’ve built a relationship with your pet, I’m more than happy to care for them in their own familiar space. I’ll follow your routines, respect your house rules, and do everything I can to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and maybe even like they're the ones on vacation! 😊

It's important for me to know your pet’s routine, temperament, any medical conditions or allergies, and how they typically react to new people or other animals. I also want to know what commands they understand, any specific do's and don'ts, and if they have any triggers or fears (like loud noises or certain animals). The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away!
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and engaged! Depending on their energy level and personality, I’ll take them on walks, play fetch or tug-of-war, explore new sniff spots, or just hang out for cuddles and belly rubs. If they’re more relaxed, we’ll chill with some gentle pets and attention. I’ll also make sure they stay mentally stimulated with toys, basic training reinforcement, or whatever they love most. My goal is to make sure they feel loved and have fun while you're away!

Availability
Outside of pet care, I’m a wife, a mom to a fun-loving toddler, and I work a full-time job during weekday hours (roughly 9–5). That said, I still have a flexible schedule and am more than happy to carve out time for your furry friends. Whether you need a reliable dog walker, a drop-in buddy, or a caring house sitter, I’ve got you covered.
