Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats. We have a dog named Sunny, she's almost 5. I love to go for walks for regular exercise and work is really slow for me right now, so I'd love to spend that time walking dogs in the area. I've volunteered with animal rescue organizations, and regularly walk and/or care for my family's pets too!

I have a high energy dog who tries to chase after squirrels, even with the leash on. She requires a lot of attention to keep her safe, and that's really become second nature to me. I don't go on my phone and minimize distractions when I'm with her, as I would with any dog in my care.

I would want to know how long of a walk they usually take, how well they do or don't interact with other dogs, are they trained to stop at corners and crosswalks before they proceed, etc.
A typical day
Tons of areas to walk in my neighborhood, Lake Accotink trails and Cardinal Forest Park, or even just camping out in a sunny patch for rolling around in the grass, a personal favorite of my dog's!

Availability
I am currently walking 2 - 3 dogs per day outside of Rover most days during the week, so my availability is limited, but I am still open to taking inquiries for new dogs, so please reach out! I work from home, and can be flexible for one off appointments, but I am unable to take on regular walks that would require multiple days on an ongoing basis at this time.
