Pet care experience
I joined rover after moving to DC and seriously missing my family pups. I’m used to being surrounded by animals (I grew up with three English Springer Spaniels who followed me everywhere, two lizards, a hamster, a bunny, and fish). My family now has a Great Dane Pitbull puppy named Charlie (who is growing very quickly!) In highschool and college, I got to work my dream job as a dog groomer! I was often responsible for supervising up to 5 dogs at a time and helping keep them calm while they got baths and grooms. I quickly became comfortable handlings dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities.

Danielle was super helpful and flexible!
Danielle took care of our dog for a week while we were out of town. She was awesome! She was really flexible with meeting us and getting to know our pup ahead of time which we appreciated so much. Over the course of the week she was super communicative with regular updates and pictures. I had been nervous to leave our dog alone with a new person for a full week, but Danielle was just the best about everything and really put my mind at ease.

I am available for pet sitting during the weekends. During that time, I can schedule my day around the needs of the pets in my care. I am rarely away from home more than two hours when dog sitting.
