A typical day
Spending quality time with pets is one of my favorite things to do! I tailor activities to each pet’s personality and energy level—whether it’s long walks, fetch in the backyard, or gentle playtime indoors. For dogs who love exercise, I’ll include fun walks, jogs (if they’re up for it), and lots of interactive games. For more relaxed pups or senior pets, I’ll provide plenty of cuddles, gentle companionship, and enrichment toys to keep their minds active. For cats, I enjoy interactive play with feather toys, laser pointers, or simply providing a calm lap and some ear scratches, depending on their mood. I also love sending updates with cute photos or videos, so you’ll always know your furry friend is happy, healthy, and having a great time while you’re away!

I work from home on my own creative business, which gives me a very flexible schedule and lots of time for pet care throughout the day. Whether it’s drop-in visits, boarding, or overnight stays, I can easily fit my routine around the needs of the pets I’m caring for. I’m used to planning my days around feeding times, play sessions, and cuddles with my own two cats — so giving other pets the same attention and consistency comes naturally to me. It’s a lovely balance, and honestly, spending time with animals is often the highlight of my day!
