My two cats are strictly indoors. However, my dogs are crated indoors when in suits (they are large dogs). We live in town, whenever they are taken outdoors, they are taken on a leash and when they are taken for a walk, they are also taken by a leash. Both dogs are seniors and prefer the indoors, so they’re mostly house dogs at this point. We have an upstairs and a downstairs in our home. Since our dogs are getting older, we now have dog beds placed in multiple places, since the stairs are getting difficult. As for the cats, they have multiple cat trees, several toys, multiple cat boxes and more than one eating station throughout the house! They may be pets but they are family!
