There was always a dog in my family, and I am very grateful that I grew up around dogs. In my 20s I moved a lot, but I always ended up in a place where someone else had a dog I could hang out with. Now I finally have my own furry friend - energetic lab mix. I have been doing occasional dog walking for others, when opportunity presents, Currently I have a more flexible schedule, where I can take on more responsibilities with dog walking and dog sitting and help out others. As a dog owner, I know how important it is to have someone you trust on speed dial when you need it.

Dani was very accommodating with our late notice booking. She arranged for us to meet at a park the evening before so she could familiarize herself with our dog Jose and take time to talk to us. The next night she picked Jose up from our hotel and spent the next two hours taking him on walking trails and sending beautiful scenic photos of Jose having a great time which put us at ease since we have only left Jose with family and friends. I would not hesitate to have Dani look after him again. She is such a great person who cared for Jose as we do. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Dani!

A typical day
I love hiking. Exploring trails and going for long nature adventures is my go to as well as finding a good area where dogs can play. Ultimately, it's up to each dog and it's specific needs how a typical day would look like! I adjust to whatever is needed.
