Experienced Dog Fosters w/ Yard!
My fiancé & I have been fostering dogs and sitting on Rover for 3+ years with experience in special needs dogs of all ages and varied behavioral types. We love pups of all shapes and sizes and treat every single one like our own! Our fully fenced front yard allows for supervised off-leash playtime and can be helpful to dogs still working on their potty training. We’d love to give your pet a mini vacation and make them feel comfortable while they’re missing you. Our goal with Rover is to start saving for our own home - we look forward to repeat pet pals!

Dana and William were amazing with Smokey. From agreeing to meet before the reservation to sending daily pictures/updates, they gave us peace of mind while on vacation. Smokey can be anxious and take a little while to warm up to new people, but I think he caught on to the warmth and kindness of these two quite quickly. Thank you again for taking such good care of Mr. Smokes. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family or use again while we are in the DC area. Thank you!

We work mostly remote hybrid jobs, and ensure that one or both of us are home during the weekdays when we are hosting a dog. We are able to make your dog’s existing schedule work to ensure seamless transitions while you’re away!

Any guest of any species is treated like we’d expect to be treated when in someone else’s home - given space to decompress, adequate socialization, and treats when allowed by their paw-rent(s).

I love to give dogs some off-leash time in our fully-fenced yard, if the owners approve! We also have 3 parks within a 10 min walking distance. We have some backup toys around always, but love to use our visiting dogs favorite toys to make them feel at home.

- Let me know if you expect your pet(s) to have any trouble walking on a leash or if your dog is likely/able to jump a 4-ft fence. Our front yard has a long leash pole/anchor that allows us to provide freedom to your pup without the risk of them attempting an escape during outside time. We are experienced in shy and reactive dogs from fostering, but we like to be prepared!
