Pet care experience
My name is Dana and I’ve had dogs my whole life! I work from home and have plenty of time to walk/care for your dog. My family (husband and two children) live in a very dog friendly area with plenty of places to walk. If it rains I have a basement that the dogs can play in for exercise. Dogs are allowed on the furniture too! I treat everyone’s dog like my own because I know how scary it is to leave your dog. I’ve used Rover for my own dog for years and I love having the availability to walk, drop in, or baby sit other peoples!

Dana watched our little Rosie for a week while we were out of town. She took really good care of her and sent great photos. She was also very responsive to any of my messages. Rosie enjoyed her stay.
So thankful to have found Dana. I had never left Dory with a non-family member before, so I was a bit nervous but I shouldn’t have been! It was obvious from our meet and greet that Dory would be well taken care of - and the pictures Dana sent showed just that! Would highly recommend Dana and I’ll definitely be using her again!!

I like to know how much energy dogs have so I can plan accordingly. If a dog needs more than one walk a day, I will make it work with my schedule. If your dog likes to go for one nap and then sleep or play with a toy/ball, that works too.
A typical day
During the day we will walk, eat, nap, play or watch tv. I like to walk for exercise and would love more companions to walk with me.
