Pet care experience
I’ve lived with animals my entire life, offered pet sitting services since I was 17, and worked at an animal shelter for over 3 years. I’ve seen it all and pet care is like second nature to me. In the shelter I was a supervisor with responsibilities including but not limited to: administering medications and vaccines, intake/health exams, working with behavior cases, providing enrichment, walking dogs, feeding and cleaning after all animals. I witnessed a lot in the shelter environment and the experience I gained is invaluable. Because of this, I will provide your pet with the utmost care no matter the circumstances. I have experience with puppies/kittens, seniors, and everything in between!

I have known Dallas for years and wholeheartedly trust my dog with her... and he loves her! Dallas grew up with dogs and cats (lots of them), has experience working at an SPCA, can give meds, etc, and her love for animals is just evident. She stayed at my house overnight for a few nights and kept in touch with me while I was away, sending me pics of my dog. I felt comfortable that she was keeping his routine, which I know put him at ease while I was out of town. It comforted me that he had someone to love on him in the evenings and take him for walks. She is trustworthy and will care for your animals well.

Please let me know ahead of time if there are any medical or behavioral concerns I should look out for. I am very experienced in caring for medical and behavior cases but want to know what to expect ahead of time. I can read animal body language and recognize signs of stress. But knowing certain triggers or symptoms your pet may experience is very important.
A typical day
Your pet’s physical and mental enrichment are important to me. I will provide your pet with both forms of enrichment when caring for them. This could be in the form of a visit to a new park, a long walk/play session, scent work, and/or food based enrichment like puzzle toys, snuffle mats and kongs.

I am currently working part time and have lots of availability for Rover clients. I will always be available on weekends and most weekdays as well. Schedule is subject to change but I am flexible!
