Pet care experience
Since I was 12 I have trained my two wonderful sighthounds from puppies to adults and cared for my two cats, one of which reached the grand old age of 21. I have always loved every part of caring for them from the walking and feeding to the playing and snuggling. Studying to be a vet these last five years and now being fully qualified has brought me confidence and excitement in looking after dogs and cats of any age and temperament as I have done for a many families in the past, including house sitting for them. I also have some experience training larger and more difficult dogs on walks.

Daisy, was brilliant. She took such great care of our two dogs (Basil and Luna) overnight, communicating throughout and sharing lots of pictures. They looked so happy in her company! Especially Luna who is a very excitable pup, Daisy managed her wonderfully on their walk. She left the house very tidy, as she found it. Would highly recommend.
We could not be any happier with Daisy and all she did for our very elderly dog and cat while we were away. It’s hard to leave such a beloved old pet, but Daisy made me feel so assured that they were in great hands. She sent loads of updates and photos and was so good at communicating before and during the stay. We’ll definitely use Daisy again and can’t recommend her enough.
I am extremely lucky to be Daisy’s university colleague studying veterinary medicine. She is kind, caring and compassionate to all species that she works with. She has extensive veterinary knowledge, is very reliable and always puts the needs of others first. Her professional and friendly attitude makes her the perfect choice to look after your beloved pet!
Daisy looked after Pip for us at our home whilst we were at a wedding for the day and we couldn't be happier with how it went! Pip is a very high energy anxious young dog and she took on board everything we told her, kept him entertained throughout the day, took him on a lovely walk, and kept us updated with photos and videos as much as we could want. We couldn't fault her and will definitely be using her services again when needed :)

I am very welcoming to however the pet owner would like me to care for their dog, I’d stick to their routine so that they feel as happy and comfortable with their environment as possible whilst you’re away including giving them lots of cuddles. I am easily contactable by phone and will send pup updates frequently if you’d like this. If I had any concerns I wouldn’t hesitate to be in touch immediately.

I’d like to cater to all of your pets needs, please just let me know in advance and I will do my best to make their time with me as enjoyable and laid back as possible. I am also very confident giving any medications, injections etc and caring for the more elderly pups and cats too giving them all the love and care they may need.
A typical day
A typical day would involve all the fun things your dog likes to do including going on wonderful walks, relaxing together and playing with toys. I can take them to their usual favourite spots or new places in the car if they'd like that also.

Availability
My availability as a vet varies greatly with some days off with free time to look after a range of pets and other longer working days where I like to wind down in the evening with a dog walk or just relaxing with the animals at their home. I am free most week nights to stay over and care for your pets, whatever their needs may be. Weekends I have varied availability as I spend time with my own puppies and family but there will be some days where I am around and would love to look after yours instead.
