I’ve always been surrounded by animals—whether it’s my sister’s, my parents’, or my past roommates’ pets, I’ve been lucky to share my life with furry friends. As much as I love them, it’s not the right time for me to have a pet of my own, which is why Rover is the perfect way for me to get my fill of cuddles and companionship! I mainly work from home, so your pet will always have company and attention throughout the day. If needed, I can also come to your place at a time that works best for you. My apartment isn’t too big, but I have parks nearby, making it easy to take dogs out for walks and exercise. If I’m caring for a cat, there’s no space where they could be in danger, and if I need to step out briefly, they will stay in the main area to ensure their safety. I’m also very mindful of living with animals, so I always double-check before opening a door or window to make sure they don’t slip outside. Whether in my home or yours, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe and well cared for.

A typical day
I am pretty active, so I like going on long walks or several small walks throughout the day. I also enjoy playing fetch with toys if the dog is comfortable being off-leash in a park. I love training them with the basics and giving them belly rubs throughout the day. For cats, I like being around them, giving them good pets if they seek attention, and playing with them using toys or feathers. I also make sure to feed them at the appropriate times to keep them happy. If they enjoy it, I can also set up enrichment games to keep them mentally and physically stimulated.

Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine since I mainly work from home, meaning your pet will have constant attention and companionship throughout the day. I can easily adjust my schedule for walks or whatever they need to feel comfortable and happy. I do occasionally work on-site, but it’s more rare, and I can always provide details in advance to make sure it aligns with your pet’s needs.
