Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I work from home, which means I am around throughout the day for walks, feeding, playtime, and simply keeping pets company! I intentionally keep my schedule flexible so pets are not left alone for long periods, and I can adapt to their needs, whether that is extra exercise, structure, or just calm companionship.

A typical day usually starts with a morning walk to get some fresh air and energy out early. Throughout the day I mix structured walks, outdoor time, play, and relaxed downtime so dogs stay balanced rather than overstimulated. I enjoy being active outdoors, so higher energy dogs get plenty of movement, while more anxious or sensitive dogs get a calmer pace and extra reassurance. Evenings are usually quieter with another walk, dinner, and time to wind down so they feel settled and comfortable.

I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and having them around brings me so much joy, especially now that I work from home and can give them consistent attention throughout the day. What really sets me apart is my experience with anxious and sensitive dogs. I am patient, calm, and attentive to their cues, which helps them settle more comfortably in a new environment. I focus on creating a relaxed, structured experience so your dog feels safe, cared for, and right at home while you are away.

Cristen did a terrific job at looking after my senior cat Flower. I was so anxious to leave her, but Cristen sent me immediate updates on how Flower was settling in. Even more so, she gave Flower nightly medication which always adds more care - I was so grateful to her. I had so much peace of mind as Cristen is deeply empathetic, caring, and on top of everything. I would definitely trust her to take Flower again 🤍
She was reliable, friendly, and very warm throughout the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares and is incredibly patient with dogs. We felt completely at ease and would definitely recommend her.
