A Little About Us At home, we’ve built a life where Daisy enjoys safety, enrichment, and unconditional love. That’s the same philosophy we bring to every client’s pet. Whether it’s keeping a shy cat comfortable or giving an energetic pup the perfect adventure, we focus on making each visit stress-free and joyful. We’d love to meet you and your pets—send us a message to start the conversation!
Reviews

Even took in a brand new baby chicken that the mama rejected. These 2 are top notch

We are so grateful for the care they give our cats! We would recommend them to everyone!

Craig and Chelsea are awesome pet sitters! Extremely thorough with their care for the animals and they always leave such fun visit summaries. We love seeing the pictures of our pet when we're away. We know that our pet is safe and having a good time when Craig or Chelsea are there! Wouldn't go anywhere else for a pet sitter!

Quite simply the best. Seriously. You CANNOT find better than Craig when it comes to caring for your doggos.

We customize every booking to your direction, ensuring your pets receive the care they need in a way that keeps them comfortable and stress-free. Both Craig and Chelsea are certified in canine and feline pet first aid & CPR. Craig is also a Fear Free Certified Pet Sitter, a Canine Enrichment Technician (DN-CET), and a Certified Dog Bite Prevention Educator (DN-CDBPE). We follow a strict code of ethics and use only fear-free, positive reinforcement methods. We do not use adverse or punitive tools or techniques—such as electric fences, shock collars, or prong collars—as they rely on fear as a deterrent. If you are seeking training for your pet, we encourage choosing a reputable trainer who follows LIMA, Fear Free, Force Free, Low Stress Handling principles that all abide by positive reinforcement techniques. For the comfort and safety of all pets in our care, as well as our own health and comfort, we only service smoke-free homes. Thank you for understanding!
Information Craig & Chelsea B. would like to know about your pet
Before we accept any new booking, we follow a three-step screening and onboarding process to ensure the best possible care for your pets: 1. Introduction & Screening Questions – A few quick questions to get the process started. 2. Electronic Pet & Client Profile Forms – We’ll send multiple detailed forms for you to complete so we have all the important information, including routines, health history, required vaccination records, emergency contacts, etc. 3. In-Person Meet & Greet – A chance for everyone—especially your pets—to get comfortable and confirm the arrangement is a good fit. Only after completing all three steps should all parties make an informed decision about moving forward, with the pets’ well-being as the top priority. We require all necessary details to provide proper care and create backup plans in case a booking does not go as planned. When first contacting us, please confirm that all pets requiring care are listed in your request. If there are additional pets in the home—even if you aren’t requesting direct care—please let us know. These pets may still require indirect care (such as monitoring interactions, checking health, or fixing malfunctioning feeders), which may result in a small additional fee. For cat owners: if your cat has outdoor access, please note that we cannot ensure their safety once they are beyond the home’s boundaries. We strongly recommend keeping cats indoors during your booking to keep them safe. Thank you for understanding!
A typical day
Our goal is to keep your pet’s day as close to normal as possible—matching their familiar routines to help reduce stress and anxiety. Even though we may be new faces, we work to bring a sense of comfort and predictability by following the schedules, activities, and habits they know best. We rely on you, the pet parent, to share all the important details—feeding times, favorite toys, walking routes, quirks, and comforts—so we can provide care that feels safe, joyful, and enriching. Every visit is shaped around your pet’s needs, making their time with us both happy and stress-free.

Availability
We’re a pet care team with full-time jobs outside of Rover and Burnell Pet Care and Education LLC—one of us works Monday–Friday, the other Monday–Thursday. Because of this, our weekday availability is typically: Early mornings – before 8:00 AM Evenings & nights – after 4:30 PM We do not offer services on or around Thanksgiving or Christmas. Our Rover calendar is kept up-to-date—please check it for the most accurate availability. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have potential dates, since we often book several months in advance (and 6–9 months ahead during busy seasons). While we always aim to be as flexible as possible, we put your pet’s well-being first. If we feel we can’t provide the level of care your pet deserves, we may decline a booking rather than compromise on quality.
