I currently work from home so I can be home with plenty of breaks for your furry/scaly loved ones! I do have regulars with whom I check in on their pets daily but will spend the majority of the time at your home if housesitting. I have a lot of flexibility during the week as well as on weekends.

I typically prefer to watch your pets at your home as this is where they are typically most comfortable! In cases where that is not possible, I do live in an apartment right next door to a park! Plenty of space to take dogs on walks and a roomy balcony safe for cats to have playtime in fresh air.

I am very comfortable with pets of all breeds and sizes. If your pet has any special care such as medications, needing assistance with tasks, etc. please let me know! I want to ensure your pet is safe and happy upon your return! It is also helpful to know of your animals’ temperament so I can adapt and adjust my approach.
A typical day
I typically adapt the activities to the animal. For high energy dogs, I love to take them on walks, play in the backyard (if applicable), throw the ball around and give lots of attention! Cats are known for being independent but need play time too! Happy to play with cat toys such as feathers, string toys, mice toys, etc. If your pets have a favorite activity, please let me know!

I have nearly twenty years of experience in pet ownership and pet sitting. I am comfortable caring for animals of all kinds including cats, dogs, horses, reptiles and more! I have personally been a pet owner to cats and dogs as well as other small animals. I have experience with puppies, kittens, senior animals, and animals with special needs. I take care of others’ pets as I would want someone to care for my own! My sweet dog passed (after a joyful 16 years!) so I soak in all the time I get with other pets!
