A Companion to All
While I’ve only been using Rover for 2.5 years, I have had many opportunities to spend holidays or weekends taking care of pets over the last ten+ years. I enjoy being a friend to them while their family is away. 💜 I babysat and nannied for eight+ years and I think that greatly influences how I care for pets. While caring for kitties or doggies or any type of pet, I find joy in creating an environment that is familiar to them. I do my best to keep their normal routine and also engage with them through playing (inside/outside), talking with them, spending intentional time with them (sitting on the floor with them/giving them pat pats) and including them in what I’m doing (working puzzles, reading, coloring, etc) by telling them about it or showing them. Not only do I am to serve your fur babies well, I also aim to serve you while staying in your home or dropping in. I aim to care for your home as if it were mine—respecting your space by keeping it clean, grabbing your packages/mail, watering plants, putting out the trash, etc. Whatever might need to happen while you are gone to give you a peace of mind.

Typically, I aim to provide care exactly the way the pet owner prefers me too. I like to keep the routine for the pet, so my goal is to match it as much as I possibly can. I provided childcare for over 8 years, so I think that plays a role in how I actively enjoy engaging with the pets while I am with them. Communication wise, I always send two updates during the day—morning and evening—to check in with the parents. I always adjust according to the wishes of the parents, of course. Some prefer updates all throughout the day, some prefer just once. I adapt to what works best for the clients!

Courtney has watched our dogs multiple times and has always done a fantastic job. Our dogs are always so happy and peaceful when we come home. She sends multiple updates and ask questions when needed. Will continue using her so I have peace of mind on vacations.
Courtney watched our sweet girl while we were away and she was amazing! She always had pictures of our fur baby. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Excellent service. The pets were well cared for and she even brought inside the house an unexpected package that had been delivered to the house.
Courtney was absolutely amazing with my babies! We have 2 dogs and a cat. She came twice before we left to make sure they were comfortable with her. I have a very protective dog and she took her time to make sure he was comfortable. We love Courtney and would highly highly recommend her.
Courtney has been out go to for caring for our dogs everytime we go out of town. She is reliable, trustworthy, and our dogs absolutely adore her. They get absolutely excited when she arrives. She always treats them as if they were her own. We truly appreciate Courtney for everything she does in the phenomenal care she provides for our dogs.
My dogs loved their time with Courtney. She’s incredibly thorough and communicative. I have no doubts that the pups received the best care and most love.

Schedule
I'm currently in between jobs so my availability is wide open. I currently have no time restraints during the day that would interfere with me being able to provide care. When that changes, I will update my profile accordingly and adjust my hours of availability.
