A typical day depends entirely on the pet’s personality and energy level. For the active pups, we’ll go on walks, hikes, or even little outdoor adventures to explore and burn off energy in a safe and fun way. For the more relaxed pets, I’m just as happy to stay home and provide the calm support and companionship they need—whether that’s snuggling on the couch, slow-paced strolls, or just being a reassuring presence. I tailor each day to what makes them happiest and most comfortable while keeping them on their regular routine.

Hi! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old and have loved every minute of it. I grew up with dogs and know how much time, energy, and love they need to truly thrive. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs—big and small, young and senior—and I’ve loved them all like my own. I’ve worked with Great Danes, Labs, Dachshunds, and everything in between. Breed, size, or age doesn’t matter to me—all dogs are welcome here! Currently, I’m pursuing my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, which gives me a unique understanding of animal behavior, health, and comfort. During the summers, I have plenty of free time and flexibility to focus on providing high-quality care for your pets. Whether it’s a quick visit, an overnight stay, or longer house-sitting while you’re away, I treat every dog with the same care and attention I’d give my own. This was our first time using Courtney, and it couldn't have gone better! She came for a meet and greet beforehand and asked lots of great questions, which really showed how thoughtful and prepared she is. She was incredibly accommodating, communicated clearly, and responded quickly to any questions. She also sent lots of photos of our happy, comfortable pup, which was so reassuring. Most importantly, our dog absolutely loved her. I felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in such great hands. Highly recommend!
