I am comfortable with all sorts of pets, and am happy to follow all instructions from you to make your pet comfortable and keep their routines! If your pet comes to my home, they will be treated like a family member here and loved on by myself, my other dogs, my husband and my kids. When I go into your home, I treat your space with absolute respect, just as I do your pets. I am happy to take out trash and retrieve mail or packages for you while you are away as well.

I am always happy to meet pet owners ahead of a scheduled stay/drop-ins. I am very communicative and want you always to feel at ease while you are away! I’d love to know if your dog is kid-friendly and how they are with other dogs if they will be staying in my home.
A typical day
I enjoy walking the dogs I have cared for around their neighborhoods or my own. I always give them time to sniff lots and walk at a leisurely pace. I believe one of the most important things you can do as a dog owner is stimulate their minds, so I think sniffing is super important, as are fun interactive games! And of course, I give pets all the love and pets they desire!

Hi! I’m Clare. I am a stay at home mom of two kiddos, two dogs, and two cats. I am reliable, nurturing, and flexible. I have always been a caretaker by nature and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I adore working with dogs and am happy to do some training with your pup, or just cuddle and play. I am also a cat lover and happy to cuddle and play with your sweet kitty cats at your home as well! Please feel free to reach out if I can help you and your furry friends. Clare was absolutely wonderful! My dog Banjo (who is 13 but still spunky) had a great time playing with her dog, and she kept me updated with how he was doing and sent me photos. It seemed like he was a temporary member of the family and I felt very comfortable with him in her care. Will absolutely rebook next time we need dog care!
Clare is a great sitter! Quick to respond, caring to our dog, and updated us with photos every day. We will definitely use Clare's services again!
