At home, i am typically always within view of my dog so she is never really alone. I use a camera in the living room to keep an eye out if I have to leave home or be in the basement etc. If it's a puppy or senior dog I am more likely to be attentive and be more by their side. For an adult dog, I'll give them their space and keep a consistent schedule to take on walks. I like to feed my dog healthy veggie treats throughout day and do some reinforcement training or give interactive toys to mentally exercise her.
