Pet care experience
I took care of my own dog for 10 years while also taking care of neighborhood cats and dogs throughout most of my life. I love pets of all kinds and love exploring the outdoors!

Claire did an excellent job house sitting and taking care of my dog Hyatt. She was very diligent and reliable with sending me updates and letting me know how he was going. She snapped photos and shared throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend her and would use her again!
Claire is a good communicator and attentive to pets’ needs. She responds to us fast and will keep us updated when she’s walking our dog. We also had more specific instructions (e.g. what’s the usual route, feeding our puppy before the walk, refilling the water bottle etc.) and she’s quite open to them all - much appreciated!
I have known Claire for over four years now and she has deeply impressed me with her work ethic, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for life. Over the pandemic, Claire volunteered to walk the dog of an elderly woman who became too sick to walk him on her own. She woke up every day at 6am to walk the dog out of the kindness of her own heart and did so wonderfully. She is adaptable and easy to get along with, and I highly recommend her for this position.

A typical day
Love taking long walks, fetch, teaching new skills or just hanging around the house! There are many parks in my neighborhood but please let me know their favorite spots or if they prefer to stay in! I am happy to provide a calm at home space for them or a fun active environment outside :)

I am currently available during most days and evenings during both the week and the weekend. I do have shifts (as a medical scribe) occasionally but would love to work with your schedule when possible!
