My pet experience since 1996, I was having 2 dogs and 2 cats staying peacefully at the same time. I went though a lot from the past; toilet training, basic behaviour training, guest welcome, oral medication, also I took care a sick dog (one of my dog had a cancer and 1 year chemotherapy.) She let me learn a lot. Currently my family and I have cat and dog, they both stay with us from baby to adult. I am experienced and have been taking care furry friends whenever they are good and bad.

Mr Chung knows dogs well. Our dogs behave better after a visit with him.
We had zeroed in on Chung for his dog boarding services for an overnight stay for our 2 furries - Bella and Romeo on May 16, 2026. We dropped them around 9:30 am on May 16 and picked them up next day at about 9 am. At home, we noticed that our younger one, goldendoodle - Romeo was limping. We assumed that he was just tired. However, an hour later we found blood on our flloor where he lay down. That lead us to inspect his whole body. To our surprise, we noted a deep puncture wound. As it was Sunday and Romeo's vet office was closed, we treated it with 0.05% chlorhexidine solution and applied antiseptic cream. On Monday, we called Romeo's vet who asked us to come in immediately. Romeo had to undergo a minor surgery. His vet indicated that the wound is quite deep and appeared infected. This is not an accusation but a pet parent's frustration and discontent, because before finalizing dog boarding service with Chung, we categorically asked him how many dogs does he keep at one time. We were informed that he has no more than three dogs at any one time, including his own furry. The videos shared by Chung during day time showed us total of seven dogs. I'm not sure of how and what happened but I can say quite certaintly that Romeo was well the day he left our home and came back injured the following day.

They took off luffy very well.
Chung took great care of our baby and treated her like family. We received photos and videos and it Peach appeared comfortable with Chung. We are happy overall. Just took one star off as our baby came home with a small cut on her left eye.

Schedule
I am working as a part time driver with flexible working hours. Also my wife is a housewife who can take care pets 24/7. Her daily routine being spent time with our cat and dog. We can fit in our schedule to take care pets in any situation and last minute booking

I am in a house of big fenced back yard for pets can exercise. My dog, a goldendoodle, and my cat are a pet friendly companion here. They were trained to be nice to other furry friends

A typical day
I used to have 2 walks, in the morning and evening. 2 meals a day, 1st in after the morning walk and 2nd at 6pm. In the weekend, I usually take pets to the nearby dog park for meeting with other furry friends for 1 hr.
