Availability
I start the day with taking your dog out for a walk and the restroom. We’ll come back feed them and let them rest till our next potty break. In the house they’ll always have a full water bowl and depending on the personality we’ll play or let them relax. In the afternoon I’ll feed them dinner at the time you prefer and we’ll go out for one more walk and restroom break.

I have an apartment sized nicely for small and medium sized dogs. Outside I live near a residential area and will not be able walked around main streets or heavy traffic.
Information Christopher P. would like to know about your pet
The most successful stays I’ve had are ones with care sheets! Although they can be very funny things to read, they are great for any quirks, or special needs.
A typical day
For dogs, I like to start the day by going out for our first restroom break and walk. Once we’re home we’ll make breakfast and rest till about noon. From there we’ll take another restroom break and if the dog has high energy we can go for another walk on that break. Once we’re back from outside I like to spend some time playing a bit with some pets and a treat. Around dinner time I’ll make our food and then take them out one last time before the night ends.

Animal lover w/ 17 years experience
Pet care experience
I am an animal lover that lives in Eagle Rock with 17+ years of experience. I can easily adjust to the different personalities of your pets and if I am boarding your dog, you can expect them to be taken out 3-4 times day and walked at least twice a day. I work from home for an advocacy agency so you can be ensured they will not be left at home. I joined Rover this year after taking care of my dog Rembrandt for 17+ years. During his lifetime he was well-loved, well-fed, walked daily and during his senior years deeply cared for. He taught me much of the experience I have for this role and I am excited to share it with you and your loved one. Thank you for the time and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me.
Reviews

Chris is a very nice guy but there were a few things we weren’t happy with. Simple instructions weren’t followed and we really didn’t get progress or updates how are pets were doing, unless we asked. On our return home one of the dogs was sick and throwing up all night. We are not sure how she got sick but to be safe we won’t be rebooking with Chris.

Christopher was an amazing caretaker for our dogs. He sent us pictures, diligently cared for them, and really enjoyed his time with them. The dogs were so well taken care of. We can’t recommend him enough.

Our dog had a great stay with Christopher! He’s very easy to communicate with, and clearly paid attention to all of the care notes we left. He made sure our guy got plenty of exercise and gave us updates with cute pics. He was also very accommodating when our flight home got severely delayed. Definitely recommend!

This was our first time boarding our frenchie, Birdie, and we’re so glad that we found Christopher and his fiancé, Sadie. Christopher was always quick to respond, and we loved that he suggested a meet and greet for Birdie to get acquainted with him and his space. Christopher and Sadie are so nice, and you can tell they love and care about dogs. We felt comfortable right away, and knew our little girl would be in good hands. We got updates and photos and were so happy to see Birdie having such a great time. We were also really appreciative that Christopher was flexible with pick up and drop off times. It gave us great peace of mind knowing Birdie was getting such good care, and we definitely recommend booking with Christopher.
