Thank you for choosing me to be your trusted sitter :) Before you read about me, let’s get some boarding housekeeping out of the way:) Prior to booking: Boarding: I require up to date Vaccination proof. This ensures safety of the animals in my care. I board cats AND dogs here. Along with children being in the home. Your pet must be able to cope with this type of situation, or I unfortunately can not guarantee a spot here. I do my best to vet each animal, with meet and greets, but ultimately, trust owners when they tell me about their pet’s demeanour:) My availability may be open, even when I’m not at home, because of boarding cats. Please message for availability! Check In’s: I will prioritize clients drop in times based on needs of the pet, which could mean, medical, or more urgency of your pet needing to be attended to. Example being, a cat can go a bit longer till humans arrive, but a dog cannot due to bathroom requirements. I will provide a window of time, as soon as I know when I can drop in! Each fur-baby is important to me, and know that I will do my best to get to them as soon as I am able:) Most times range between 8/8:30-9:30 at night, but boarding is 24 hours of love & attention:) Now, about myself… I am the BIGGEST animal lover and those who know me can attest to this! I will treat your animal as I would my own, and will love them to bits! I’ve worked in a 24 hour animal hospital, small clinics, volunteered my time with clinics, rehabilitation with horses and disabled children, along with wildlife rehabilitation. I’ve assisted with pre and post surgery, which may include IV restraint, handling equipment during surgery, recovery/snuggles and more! I previously cared for our on site cat at work, and have taken on the role of caretaker in any workplace if animals or fish were present. Always going above and beyond for them! It’s truly my passion! I’ve had many animals in my care, whom I had to administer either insulin injections or medications to, if that’s what you require. I can attend to all domestic types of animals, do pet check ins, or walks, perhaps just emotional support if that’s what your pet requires the most!
