Walks Designed for Your Dog’s Comfort & Confidence
Pet care experience
I have hands-on experience caring for a reactive dog who doesn’t get along with other dogs, so I’m confident managing pets with specific behavioral needs. This has taught me patience, vigilance, and how to create a calm, structured environment. I'm experienced in reading dog body language, redirecting unwanted behavior, and maintaining safe walks or routines for dogs who need extra space. I also tailor care to each dog's temperament and comfort level, whether that’s giving space, slow introductions, or specialized routines. My calm, adaptable approach makes me a great fit for dogs who might not thrive in typical settings.

Safety, trust & environment
In a client’s home, I aim to keep things calm, consistent, and respectful to both the pet and their routine. I follow all care instructions closely — feeding times, walks, medication, and any house rules — and make sure the pet feels safe and secure in their familiar environment. I keep things tidy, send regular updates, and give pets the same care I’d want for my own. If caring for pets in my home, I create a peaceful, structured space, especially suited for dogs who prefer quiet or solo time. I keep walks controlled, avoid dog-to-dog interactions unless agreed upon, and provide plenty of affection, enrichment, and rest.
Information Christian H. would like to know about your pet
Before watching a dog, I like to know their routine, energy level, and any special needs. It's helpful to ask about: Feeding schedule and diet Walking routine and leash behavior Favorite toys or games Temperament (friendly, shy, reactive, etc.) How they get along with other dogs or people Any health issues, allergies, or medications House rules (furniture, treats, crate use) Knowing these things helps me give the best care and keep your dog happy and safe!
A typical day
I start the day with a morning walk to help them burn energy and enjoy the fresh air. After that, I give them breakfast, fresh water, and any needed medication. During the day, we play games like fetch or tug-of-war, practice simple tricks, or just hang out for some belly rubs and cuddles. I make sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. In the evening, I take them out again, feed them dinner, and help them relax. I also keep their routine as normal as possible and send photo updates to their owners.

Availability
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine — I enjoy being active and outdoors, so dog walks are a great part of my day. I structure my schedule around each pet’s needs, whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or quiet evening visits. I'm used to building in time for dogs who need a bit more patience or space, and I genuinely enjoy making time to connect with each animal. I’m reliable, flexible, and always make sure pets get the attention and consistency they deserve.
