A typical day
A typical day in my care is full of love, attention, and fun! Mornings start with a walk or supervised playtime in the yard to get energy out and start the day off right. After breakfast, your pet can relax in a cozy spot or enjoy more playtime with my daughters, who love engaging with the pets we watch. Throughout the day, we stick to your pet’s routine, whether it’s additional walks, scheduled feeding, or quiet time. We’ll also include fun activities tailored to your pet’s personality—playing fetch, tug-of-war, or simply snuggling up for belly rubs and affection. Evenings wind down with a final walk or outdoor play session, ensuring your pet is happy and relaxed before settling in for the night. My goal is to make your pet feel at home and provide them with plenty of exercise, attention, and love.

Hi, I'm Christa, and I'm located on the north side of Durango, Colorado. My home is set up perfectly for dogs, with a great yard for them to play in. Though we don't have pets of our own due to our travel needs, my daughters and I absolutely love caring for animals. We're excited to welcome your furry friends and provide them with all the love and attention they deserve.

Christa's whole family is AMAZING! We have known them for over 5 years, and just love them all. Our dog Maggie feels right at home when they dog sit for us, and we always know she getting the best care! Maggie loves all the extra love and attention too. I would 100% recommend Christa and her girls!
First and foremost, Christa and her daughters are absolutely amazing. They take such great care of our pup, Barkley! The girls are so sweet and playful with him. We always enjoy getting updates of Barks running around and playing with the entire family. It is clear that they genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and always treat Barkley as their own. They have watched Barkley on several occasions and he always enjoys his time with them. So much so, that often times when we go to pick him up, it seems that he is interested in sticking around a bit longer. It evident that Christa and her girls are certified dog whisperers. We are grateful knowing that Barkley now has a home away from home. We will certainly be back and highly recommend their services to other pup owners!
