Pet care experience
Professional pet sitter and dog walker. I have been dog walking since I was 14 and pet sitting since I was 17 for family and friends pets. It’s something I used to do as a hobby and I enjoyed every second of it so I thought, why not turn my passion and love for animals into a business. DBS Checked Level 3 Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Level 2 Pet First Aid and CPR Trained My certificates are in the photo gallery Every animal that comes into my care will require a meet and greet. This is usually around 30 minutes long. It’s just to say hello and to make sure that me and your pet are a good match. Meet and greets also will require a form to be filled out per pet. This form includes basic information like their DOB, the vets they are registered at, if they have been microchipped, emergency contacts etc… I have a variety of experience with puppies, dogs, cats and senior animals. I currently do not drive but I am doing my lessons and I’m hoping to be on the road by the end of the year. You can also check my business Facebook page (Chloe Poppins) for reviews and photos.

My sometimes hard to handle dogs have loved every minute with Chloe x so thankful I could relax on holiday knowing they were in good hands as the first time I’d left them with someone else. A massive thank you to Chloe for taking great care of our property and our 2 precious elderly springer spaniels Max & Mo. We had daily updates from Chloe including pictures which was wonderful. We felt very reassured during our time away that all was good. Chloe is a great person who we would recommend to anyone needing a house sitter for their precious pooches

A typical day
My favourite thing about pet sits is going dog walking, I’ve always loved being in the outdoors and having a furry friend with me is the icing on the cake! You also can’t beat a good cuddle and lots of fussing after a play session.

Availability
Pet sitting is my main job, I do offer dog walking but this service is limited, please message for availability. With pet sits, I can only take on animals that are okay to be left alone for 3 hours at a time. This is just in case I need to leave to get some food, clothes or have a dog walk booked that day.
