Welcoming your dog to our family home!
Pet care experience
I am an environmental consultant, constantly out in nature with dog experience and handling of large breeds throughout my whole life. I understand every dog is different and I’m happy to provide that home from home experience for your family member! I know how daunting it can be to leave your dog, so FaceTime and pictures can be sent to ensure your peace in mind. Your dog will be treated like my own, with as many walks as required, secure garden and treats on hand! I will abide by your rules! And help with any training if required! I’ve experience in rescues, nervous dogs and aggressive dogs. Please just let me know your dogs needs.
Reviews

Our dog Willow really seems to have thrived with Chelsea, her partner, and their dog Sulley. Communication with Chelsea was quick and clear from the get-go and it was really reassuring to meet them all prior to the stay and see how experienced she is with a variety of dogs. We are new dog owners so were quite anxious about leaving Willow, but we immediately felt comfortable and confident leaving her with Chelsea. While we were away, Chelsea kept us updated every day and sent lovely pictures and videos of Willow as well. I think it's been great for Willow to be with such experienced boarders, as well as socialising with the other dogs they were caring for. I would definitely recommend Chelsea to others as she took amazing care of Willow, communicated brilliantly, and made us feel more at ease about leaving her to go on holiday. Thanks so much! :)

Chelsea and her lovely dog, Sulley welcomed our Jessie with open arms! Chelsea gave us daily updates and pictures of all the fun they were having together, giving us great peace of mind. Would highly recommend!

My whippet Dobby had a wonderful stay with Chelsea and Nick while I was away. He loved spending time with the other dogs and he was very well looked after. I received regular updates about how he was doing which was lovely. I would highly recommend Chelsea and Nick. Thank you both so much!

Chelsea has been an absolute dream! She looked after my wee boy Milo for two days, and he had the best two days ever with her and Sulley! She made sure communication was consistent, we were sent photos and videos throughout both days, and Milo had a fantastic time with his new playmate Sulley. I could recommend Chelsea enough. She makes sure your pet come first no matter what, and I can guarantee her reliability, trust and communication. Thank you again Chelsea, I’m sure Milo will see you again soon!!

My garden has a 6 foot fence, where the dogs can play! I also have an internal garden where the dogs will be fully enclosed should this be required! I live not too far from dog runs where I can access an off lead training or run around time. This is usually done every other day.

Please let me know if your dog is not used to being walked or unable to walk as often, I can adapt my routine to suit. Similarly if there are any situations which trigger fear or aggression in your dog, please let me know so we can ensure they are happy! Please note your dog will have access to water and toilet breaks whenever they require! Dog treats are usually dried duck or chicken, no additives or nastys!
A typical day
My daily dog duties begin as soon as I wake up at about 6am! I usually take the dogs for a short walk (if they are able!) to get those morning sniffs in. Following returning from our morning walk, we head for breakfast. At 11:30 It’s stimulation time we go for a walk for about 30 minutes to the local woods, or the park where we have leadless time (if allowed) followed by ball time in addition to the walk. They then return home for their afternoon treat and nap. Evening time is around 4:30-5:30 where we take another walk! Usually the same route to build in their confidence, followed by additional stimulation time if required, or more ball time!
